Location of battery ground on engine block?

Hey guys got a quick question! Is the location of the battery ground on the engine block of a 2006 4.0L on the left side of the engine below the header? Also with this disconnected would that stop the truck from starting?

Yes it would You need all the grounds battery to engine for starter/charging battery to chassis for computer/ignition and engine to chassis and all other grounds for good measure especially for ignition/emissions. And it is real important to have all the grounds connected for the charging system you can destroy the alternator or regulator within minutes or seconds if you run it that way.
