lifting 93 ranger 2wd 2.3 standard cab

i want to put coils off of a 92 explorer 4 dr which should give about 2.5 in of lift and i want to do blocks in back what should i be cautious of. i heard that you cant get it aligned 100% accuratley or even close should i worry about the alignment issue or not and then i want to do 3 in body lift help me out please
