Lifter tick after putting motor back in

So I had the oil pan off of my 4.0 ohv and it was on an engine stand upside down for a few weeks.. Now that I put the truck back together it had a lifter tick which is understandable for being upside down without oil. I cranked the truck with no fuel pump until it had oil pressure. Then started it. The tick went away for the most part.. At idle it's gone but if you rev it to 1500-2000 rpm it's still there. Think it'll go away?
