While you could just crank up the torsion bars in the front, that does nothing for the rear (unless you just want to level it). I use my Rangers as a truck, so they get 'leveled' up by load.
The cheapest way to lift a 2010 Ranger is to go to the wreckers and find a 98-07 Ranger and pull the torsion bar keys and the rear lift blocks (In '08 Ford lowered the Rangers 2" with thinner rear lift blocks and torsion keys.
The next step up are lift keys/thicker rear blocks, but they compromise the suspension - no rebound left
The expensive answer is the Superlift - gets you 4" on the 98-07/6" on the 08-10's.
