Leaky front hub

My 04 2wheel drive edge looks like its leaking grease from driverside front hub. It is showing up on outer rim coming from center. Bad seal or bad hub? it doesnt feel real loose.

Dust cap could be mangled and not sealing right. I would pull it apart and have the condition of the bearings and grease checked out. Repack with fresh grease and adjust up the bearings.
