Leaking power steering fluid

2000 ranger 2wd ext cab 4.0 ohv
I'm just about at my wits end with this thing. The bottom end of the pressure line where it connects to the rack and pinion won't stop leaking. I replaced the line last year and that fixed it until a few weeks ago. Replaced it again, being careful not to squash the o ring. I've even tried some stop leak, which I always avoid using. Looking for any ideas
 
Can you inspect the fitting on the rack? Better yet is it removeable?
