Just changed the thermostat yesterday, and noticed this afternoon the radiator draincock is leaking. Reservoir dropped about an inch or so overnight.
I monkeyed with it a bit while draining the radiator, as it was draining awfully slowly. Funny thing is, it seems to leak slower at least if I losten it back a tad so that the knob is horizontal instead of vertical, if that makes sense.
Any tricks here (teflon tape, RTV, etc.), or do I need to replace the draincock? It CAN be replaced right - I don't need a new radiator do I?
Thanks!
