I recently did a radiator flush and now my truck is leaking coolant. A little is coming from the lower radiator hose but a lot of it is coming from this little spout thing? What is that and how do I stop the leak?

That isn't a spout and it can't leak, the fluid is coming from above, either the tank or the core.
The part in your picture is one of the 2 installation alignment posts; they slip into those grommets when the radiator is installed, then the 2 bolts up top get tightened, securing the radiator.
Sorry that your radiator is leaking but at least you are on to it
