I don't have A/C in my current truck. Any ways other than opening your windows? I've heard that beaded seat covers can help. Do they?

A beaded seat cover helps keep your back from becoming wet from sweat. Windows down, breathable seat covers, leave the climate controls off, and don't get stuck in traffic.

what about one of those 12v fans you can clamp to something? then your good in traffic too

i would put a/c on the truck lol
i mean i think it can be made with jy parts right?

beaded seat covers do help.

so do tinted windows

get a shade for your windshield when parked. try to park facing west when at work, that way the hot afternoon sun is hitting a solid reflective wall instead of a window. makes a big difference in temperature when you jump in your truck after work.

i also got some of those "ventvisors" for my truck. i got the ones that stick inside the window channel, and not on your paint. i keep my windows cracked at all times now, even when its raining.

You could also get a wet suit....... with a valve stem port on the side, and fill it full of water. Then you don't need a fan or ac.

Really....... just fix the ac. If you can't take the heat, if I had an office job I'd have ac.

I have a question for the OP.

Is putting the windows down just not enough for you, or do you not want to put them down. I don't have A/C and I use the 2/60 method and it's just fine.

If it's not enough, go faster.

I will say that having a rear sliding window helps out wonderfully too.

my ac does not work and the passenger window does not go down... :(

I love the rear slider. It's one of my 2.

I don't have A/C in my truck, and was really just wondering if beaded seat covers help because I hate having sticky clothes on. I forgot about tinted windows though. But I am planning to get those "ventvisors" for my truck, they are a very useful accessory. I also have the rear slider but again was just wondering about beaded seat covers because my back gets sweaty.
