just changed filter on transmission and fluid 07 xlt 4.0

Ok so after changing the filter and fluid everything seemed fine this is just a quick question but this morning I started down the road and stopped at a stop sighn when I went to accelerate the truck went to 5/6 rpms before shifting and made a huge clunk what is the cause of this nothing like this happened until after the change.

Did you put enough fluid back in? The trans fluid needs to be checked with the truck at operating temperature, engine running, while in park.
