I have a 95 ranger and have put 19in jeep coil springs into my stock front end, they bow out heavily but ive been told its done, what am i missing?

you need custom buckets or seats.
you can get extended studs or just use a bolt/washers combined with 2 inch pipe flanges and nipples cut at a angle to correct the bow and working arc.
that with air bags gives you some serious range of tuning and suspension travel at low speed.
19 in is too tall for stock brackets and arms.
what is the ppi?
depends on ppi. 16 inch installed is about max iirc...memory is not what it used to be
generally 1 in spacer and hd plow coils get ya 2.5-3 in
what is current measured spring height with stock springs?
the 19 in coil can work if your under 17 measured installed.
use a ratchet strap or rope and bind the coils straight...under 16 inch should be align-able with 3 degree bushings.

i assume from this the coils installed are bowing out ....if you hook a strap to it and pull it in so it is "straight-ish" and get the overall installed measurement you can make a determination whether or not it is worth canting the seats with the flange adapters......
240 is pretty good.
