Ok so ive had a soft clutch pedal for about a month now and finally got around to bleeding it this afternoon, bled it till the clear tube no longer had air bubbles coming out of and closed up the bleed screw and pumped five times and no pedal still. figure i got to bench bleed the master which ill do tommorow now that ive watched the video.

The problem is that when i was first bleeding the clutch system teflon tape came out of the bleeder screw. i have no idea where it came from, just guesstimating that it came from a connection to the slave cylinder. is this a major cause for concern or is it time to drop the tranny and replace the slave and do a clutch kit while I'm in there?

Any tips or suggestions on where the Teflon tape may have come from would be awesome

Get a small mirror and a flash light. Pop the inspection cover and have a look inside the the bell. If you see wet it is time to drop the trans.
