been a total piece of crap since they released 5.0/6.0?

I have been having a crapload of crashes and glitches, and every patch they have put out since 5.0 has not improved it.

This thread was posted using Chrome, my soon to be new default browser, because Firefox is really pissing me off.

I have noticed it since 6.0 came out. I have been debating on switching to Chrome or Safari. The only thing I don't like about Chrome and Safari is how they do the bookmarks.

I use IE9 and have had no problems. I have never liked Firefox.

I would really like to support firefox as it being the main open source alternative but I've been using Opera for about 10 years and the speed and built in features have been light years ahead of other browsers

Since late in 2010 they've been through 4, 5,6 & now 7

Everytime they try to "fix it" they just make it worse, and make it not work with even more add-ons.

I didn't particularly like IE6 had no compatibility issue with most sites I use, IE7 was a distinct improvement but still "not right" and I actually upgraded from Win2000 to Win XP purely to get to use IE8 which was the best of the bunch.

I installed IE9 on one computer that would accept it on the day it was released then made a special effort to use that computer as much as possible for the next week...

for the first three days I wanted to go back to IE8. day 4 & 5 I was ambivilent about which I used after that IE9 kept growing on me until I noticed about 10-12 days later that I actually avoided using my XP computer because I actually missed the functionality of IE9.

You quickly get used to the additional right clicking you need to do to use it efficiently.

FF? after having compatibility issue with one of the 3.x versions I stopped using it.

I know I'm not missing anything with version 4.0 or up.

Chrome? After chrome DESTROYED some data I removed it and regard it as a virus.

im sticking with IE6 and FF 4.0, heck even IE4 is compatible with TRS(dont ask how i found out) i dont need new features so im not upgrading, especially since people are giving new FF versions and chrome bad reviews

no issues with chrome ........ have not even tried IE version whatever that comes on WIN7

I haven't experienced any issues other than it seems like I have to click on links more than once sometimes. I really don't care for the hybrid stop/refresh button either. Other than that, I like it a lot. I just got 7 on Thursday and it seems the same.

No issues here, but I use firefox with linux.

I haven't had any problems with the last revisions of firefox; I use on XP, Vista, Mac OS X, and Linux.

Oh, I do have trouble with the Adobe PDF plugin on windows, it gives up after several documents, that issue has been consistent; I have to use adobe acrobat v9 components though.

i was just going to ask about the problem. me and the wife have laptops running windows 7 and it randomly quits responding. hasn't crashed in the last few updates but is aggravating in the least.

I have been having problems with firefox as well. I have been switching between chrome and firefox since they switched to firefox 6.0.

yeah I get alot of crashes with firefox, atleast Im not the only one lol
