Buddy of mine picked up a flatbed CNC. I'm itching to see what I can make on it.

Haven't been able to find phenolic spacers for either a ranger or Scorpio intake (they are different), so considering knocking out a few spacers on his machine (these would fit either).

McMaster Carr sells G-11 grade garolite/phenolic. Spacers would be 1/4" thick.

If I can get a few takers, I'll knock an extra set or two out.

Would be asking $35 a set + $7 to ship.

Leave a comment if you're wanting a set.

Thanks guys!

Is it 2 axis or 3 axis?

And intake spacers is the only thing your gonna make?! A 3 axis can make a whole new throttle body.

Already have a set of twin throttle bodies. ?

His is meant for wood. It can do aluminum from time to time. So phenolic should be an easy one to test it on.

Besides, neither of us are that good with it yet. ?

Well if none of yinz are interested, I still am.

Made some plywood ones while we're waiting on the right end mill.

If you use a hard enough wood you could skip the phenolic....

Plus, I'll list them here for cost first (have enough phenolic for 3-4 sets), and then eBay for much more afterwards if they don't sell. So, here's to more "free" mods haha

OP promises.

Fel pro gaskets top, G11 Garolite spacers bottom.

Ya'll know I'm dumb, and sorry for intruding, BUT, what are these, and what do they do?

Hey, you only learn by asking, right!?
These spacers are made of a material that doesn't transfer heat... So they're basically insulators that keep engine heat from radiating to the upper intake. A cooler upper intake means cooler air coming into the cylinders, which equals more power.

Pretty good work especially having no cnc experience. Took me 6 months of training just to get my haas 5 axis to make a basic aluminum pipe flange.
