instrument bulb replacement 1993

picked up a 93 ranger sport 4x4 and have some dash lights out, in particular is the check engine bulb which is needed for inspection here in NJ..

tried searching for a how to for replacement here on the site and only found for later models but cant find anything for the 93 style of dash. can anyone tell me how to get the dash apart to get to the bulbs?
