Ideas for restoring dash seperation/curl

The dash in my 94 Ranger has separated from gauge cluster trim. The result is a sizable gap between the dash itself and the trim and the dash material has taken a slight curve up. Is there a way to restore a tight connection? In looking through some videos I'm not the only one with a ranger with this seperation.
