I'm not 100% sure. It's def a 1st gen Ranger. I'm pretty sure it's the right grille.

I've been driving past this thing for years. The last time I went past I just happened to look at it just right and realized what it was. For a long time I thought it was some German contraption from the early 70s.

Problem is that it's in some seasonal brush. Should have retreated by the next time I go past and I'll try to get a picture.

Adsm08, I believe you.

But I REALLY want to have something to drool over...

You better take pictures like that truck is doing the camouflage catwalk!

I will try to get some pics the next time I am down that way. It sits under a tree about 60 miles from here in the bull pen at a used car lot along US-11&15 in East Pennsboro.

As for saving it. I don't have the money to go buy another Ranger that I don't drive. If I buy any part of it, I'd grab the grille to go on my B2. She's been painted all black and yellow, almost like she was used for a rally truck at some point.

I only say one Saleen Ranger years ago when they first came out. I was at Sebring Race day with my vingtage SCCA racer, my 73 TR6, and I saw the Ranger in the pit area. It did not make but one full lap, it blew up the engine. All of us in the pits laughed are butts off that day. A brand new race truck and it just went 'Blew'....lol. Man that was an ugly looking truck. I have no idea how many were made but I know they are rare. Grap it up and hide it from view...lol

You would at least think they would do something with that 2.9 that was in there, like a 302 or something spectacular so you could put that 140 mph speedometer to use
