I really need help

have you tried starting with starting fluid? start small and go bigger. dont assume timing until your further into diagnosis

ok then by what you are telling me, it means you have no fuel coming into the engine. have you tested to see if there is power going to the injectors?

I know what the problem is. My rotor point was broken off in the distributor. T part broke off.

Its not and egr valve problem because I don't have one. It was the fuel pressure regulator that made noise. So I took off the distributor and it was the rotor tip came off and I bought a new one at napa autoparts. But it still won't start

Is there a chance the engine turned while the distributor was out? I wonder if you got the distributor back in the right spot. When the engine is at top dead center the rotor should be pointing at the number one spark plug lead [where the wire comes out of the cap and goes to the number one spark plug] of the distributor cap.

1? No.
It is in the right place I never lifted it up but it turned and I tighted it down because the screw was lose.

It is pointing to the first cylinder and it is on 10 degrees
