My truck is a 95 4.0. Plastic plenum. What fuel injectors come in my truck? 19 24 lb? I have had good luck with ebay injectors and i run 19 lb four hole injectors in my jeep xj. I got all 6 for 60 bucks rebuilt. Any tips?

Parts store injectors are expensive but have served me well enough. Not sure what psi they rate. You'll of course need the lower intake and up gasketry. Also need valve cover gaskets if you remove the lower intake since it does make the injector job easier. And you get to clean it real well. Might as well throw a thermostat in there as well, and stand by to break the clips that secure the injector harness connection. Iirc my parts store injector for my 2.3 didnt come with orings. I havent actually purchased ones for the 4.0. Also with the 4.0 it can be a pain to get the fuel rail seated. In my experience one would always be the individual and not seat properly causing me to start over. See if you can get new bolts for the upper/rail mating (its a long stud with nut welded half way up) the 4.5mm 12pt or whatever it is strips VERY easily... although iirc torque spec is like 12inlbs.
