I need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator

I am looking for an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for my ranger. It needs to be a direct bolt on to my fuel rail. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is your truck really a 92 with a 3.0? Here's a post I was reading on using a GM 3.8 Liter (Buick Grand National) adjustable FP Regulator on a 2.9 liter.

If it really is a 3.0 (Autozone says the 3.0 didn't start until 93), it's the same one the 5.0 Mustang uses, so the Holley 512-500 FPR will work.
