HVAC questions

New member with a 2000 Ford Ranger and non of the HVAC controls work. The PO replaced the HVAC controls and still nothing comes on. The truck did sit for a while and I was curious if there was a wiring schematic or typical trouble issue that I could begin trouble shooting with? Thank you for all the help I have received so far.

It would be worth checking all the fuses with a test light before getting too involved, then look in the tech library on this site.
