Newbie here!
I just bought a 1990 XLT, 2.3 4x4 electronic transfer. I had a 90 XLT 2x4 with 4.0 auto a few years, one of my kids has it now. My friends say the 2.3 is too week and I should've gotten a v-6, but economy is more important than power to me. I've read so much here on this forum to help improve performance and mileage I feel certain I'll be ok with the 4 banger. This place seems great!
The truck's a survivor, green ext and tan int, green bed cap, no rust anywhere at all, although the paint is close to shot.
Just wanted to say hello! Hopefully, I won't be needing help or advice too soon on how to maintain or repair this beast, it's my first 4x4!, but it's nice knowing a place like this is out there to use for help or advice!
