need more help to remove old camber adjusters

need some info on how to remove old camber adjusters any tricks that would be helpful ???:icon_thumby:

All I've ever done was remove the upper bj pinch bolt, hammer in a cold chisel (to pull the knuckle off of the adjuster), andhammer in a smaller cold chisel into the gap in the adjuster. That way everything should be able to move freely from each other. Add in some spray lube and some hammering and prying, and you shouldn't have any problems
 
I usually just air chisel them out at work.
 
Get under the lip and rattle on em...they'll slowly work their way up and out!
