How much should I sell my 90 ranger for?

I got a young man I work with who is interested in my 90 2.3 ranger. 5 speed, only things that don't work on it is the a/c and oil pressure gauge. This truck has seen better days, no rust, but could use a paint job and a deep cleaning of the interior. Only smokes a little on start up occasionally. I am entertaining the idea of selling it, but I'm not sure if I can get another truck at the price I got this one. I will need 4 wheel drive in the future too. Any advice?

I'd check Nada.com, it's the industry standard. Non functioning a/c can be an expensive problem. A 1990 with no rust in NH would be like gold to someone looking for a project, but if he's going to use it as his daily driver the fact that it's 31 years old should be factored in.
