In case anyone knows this I will ask:
What years came with with HomeLink as an option in the visor?

I grabbed a set of dual visors with lighted mirrors for my restoration/rebuild. They did not have homelink, but I noticed from several threads and a how to recover visor youtube:

Picked this up from the JY today. Came out of a Toyota SUV. I was initially thinking I could rig it up behind the driver's side A-pillar but it's too wide. Maybe if I gutted it out of the case it would fit? I was also thinking about 3D printing something to add near my rear view window. Or...

When I took apart my visors to recover them I noticed that his guts (the hard plastic) of the visor look exactly like the ones I got except the homelink and the pocket that the homelink sits in.
I googled around and came up with 2015+ was an order only option for F150...
In the guide he says the 2nd one he came up with was from an '04 expedition - scroll down to post #12.

I am going to the 'yard for other things - and this one is a drive to a bigger yard further away, so I would love to maximize my return on this... if anyone can give me guidance on what years/models to look for I would appreciate.

When I was looking for the dual lighted visors for my Ranger, from 95-01 Explorers, I had a hard time finding them without the Home Link

lol now that is a stitch, I went through a dozen different explorers looking for dual lighted on both driver AND passenger as well as them being "the right shade of tan" - which they weren't.
I mostly looked at 94-98, but I swear a dozen easy, not a single homelink in the lot.
