Hit a deer yesterday

Half an hour with a big hammer, new headlight, and your good to go. It already looks better than mine.

That's what I think, too. But I don't blame someone for caring what their truck looks like.

I wouldn't be paying comprehensive on a 17 year old truck anyway. You bought it for $850--the deductible is what? You probably pay more for the thing every year in premiums then you could get another one for. I don't know that they'll raise your rates for hitting a deer, but if you don't claim it you'll have just been writing State Farm gift checks.

I have $500 collision and $100 comprehensive deductible and it costs me only $10 per month over liability. :icon_cheers: The deer damage is covered under comp.

I plan on dropping the coverage once I convince the wife that we need to keep enough money in savings to replace the vehicle if damaged. Until then, the extra I pay is worth it in my opinion.

pops a dent only 19.95.

no but really i would think it might be 1200 for a shop to do it....if you did it...a few hundred

whats with all the old threads getting bumped up?

Language bots. They are testing how well they can fit in society. THE END IS NEAR!!!!

Richard

Edit;THE END IS NEAR!!!! of the world as we know it...not necessarily a bad thing.
