Your check valve will have 3 vacuum connections.
The one in the middle goes to a vacuum port towards the rear of the intake manifold mentioned earlier in this thread.
The rearward port connects to the vacuum reservoir.
The forward port goes into the cabin below the blower motor.
See pic below, where it's incorporated with a wiring harness.
