My 1993 Ranger will sometimes (completely randomly) act like it has a dead battery, and wont start (try's but cant) I need mah ranger for school so if anyone has ideas to stop the game of Russian roulette my truck has started it would be appreciated!!!!!!! :D

Have you thoroughly checked your battery cables and major grounds? Including the wire/strap part, all the way from end to end, as well as that the connectors/bolts are clean and tight?

Spott is spot on with his advice. You have all the symptoms of a bad or loose cable or ground

I have checked every ground i can find, they all appear to be connected firmly, the strange part is, is that when i went to start it, I turned the key to the "on" position and waited about a second, when i first turned the key the dash indicator lights ( 4x4, check oil, etc, etc...) were dim and the door bell was real quiet, but after a second the lights got brighter and the bell got much more annoying...

Sounds like a bad cable. Check to see if there is any green ick on the connections. Chances are it is all up the cable under the insulation. Had this happen to a 1994 Olds and it did the same as your truck

Start by cleaning the battery terminals.

Everyone is telling you the same thing. Believe them!!!! IT IS A CABLE OR CONNECTION!

And a battery cable can be bad on the inside, too. But, since the dash lights are dim too, I would guess it is the cable between the battery and starter relay. Or the grounds between the engine and the frame or the engine and the cab.

Put new terminals and cables on

True story: My truck did this one morning...try to turn key...*clunkdead....turnkeynopower...let sit 20 mins...repeat.

Spent 2 hours chasing fuses etc with a dmm...

Barely tightened clamp style aftermarket clamp-style terminals...

Vrrrrooooom...no more issues.
