The pulley won’t come off I’ve used a puller and tightened it to the point where the bolts bend, I’ve tried doing what people say and put the middle bolt back in and put the puller on that I’ve tried tapping it off nothing has worked does anyone know what else I can do to get it off

Looks like its moved a little
Use the center bolt to push it back in a bit then try pulling on it again
The woodruff key may be sliding up a bit and binding, can't remember if the 2.9l had a straight or 1/2 moon key

And use a metal rod/punch on the hub part(behind the pulley) instead of the pulley

spray some lube in there before pushing it back on!

and it does appear to have moved.

Could you post a picture of the inside of the pulley with the puller removed ?
