HELP Gearbox problems not shifting when truck is on!

Hey i just got my gearbox rebuild on my 99 ford ranger 4x4, and change the throw out bearing but now when the truck is off it shifts in every gear 4 wheel drive and 2 wheel but when the truck is on it only shifts when the 4x4 shifter is in neutral! when i put it in 4x4 none off the gears go in ! any ideas?

What does it do in 2wd? with the engine running? If did don't work either, you may need to bleed the slave cyl. If that doesn't work make sure that you have full travel with the clutch pedal.

no gears go in when the engine is on when you put the 4x4 shifter in neutral it goes in gears!

and i change the whole master and slave brand new! the truck was down for about 8 weeks
