I have a 1994 ranger, 4.0 engine and auto transmission.
The starter relay won't pick up for the starter. If I jump across the relay with the key on, the truck starts. I checked for power at the ignition switch. I have power in on the yellow wires and power out on the red/light blue wires. I go to the neutral switch and nothing at the pink wire. According the schematic it appears I may an issue at the clutch triple action switch jumper but I can't find where the jumper is suppose to go.
I have replaced the ignition switch and starter relay with no change.
If anyone has some idea I'm all ears. Thanks

Welcome to the forums. If memory serves. There is a plug above where the clutch pedal would sit. Where the clutch safety switch would plug in. Make sure the wires aren’t frayed or broken on the plug.

Otherwise. It could be the shifter itself not clicking into park completely. While holding the key in the crank position. Try to move the shifter back and forth and see if the starter engages.

Seconded. That jumper has no moving parts and is pretty far up under the dash. You have to be doing some "interesting" activities in the cab to break it. (Or maybe changing a steering column?)
