Hi, I have a 1996 2wd xlt stepside ranger.
Currently swapping in a 3.0 motor formally a 2.3.
Love my truck.
Need some advice. driver side motor mount does not line up.
Any one done this swap before.
the 3.0 came out out a 4x4 truck and mine is a 2x4 , would the mount be different?
I can't find any info any where. only one type mount sold.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
P.S I did buy 3.0 mounts. rt side fits.

I cut the guide or locating post off and moved the mount to another hole.
