Having radio problems

I had the battery tested. It could use a replace. But I tightened all the connections on the amp and battery. And pulled the radio and made sure everything was plugged in all the way. It seems like it does what It does every now and then. I'm thinking the amp is going bad.

Good, there's a way to test the amp, I would assume you could try bypassing the amplifier and see how that sounds but I don't know what you have done to your audio system, because I completely rewired my entire audio system in my old car.

Disconnect your amp and see if it gets better. If not, it is not your amp. It could be the polarity on the Kicker speakers are reversed.
