Has anyone used or have any experiance with stagaodon winches?

i been trying to find a good cheap winch that I didn’t have to worry about getting stolen if I’m in town so I was looking at xbull, stegodon or Walmart had a decent looking one also. The xbull I heard a lot of really mixed reviews either they were really bad or really good so I didn’t get that. The Walmart one I didn’t find anything on and the stegodon one all the reviews were good but they were all first day reviews nothing long term. I ended up getting the 9500lb stagodon but it won’t be here for a week or so. Also I tried looking up videos on it but all there is was one video of a flat pull that dosnt really say anything and one install video.

Ive never heard of them.

Sometimes you get lucky with cheapos, most times not.

I bought a viper brand "midnite" for my quad. Paid 150 bucks for it and it hasnt failed me yet. Warn/superwinches were twice the cost.

If it breaks will be sooner then later.

The hf and tsc winches are the same way....like the Smitty built.

Hard to beat the Smitty built for the money

This is it. I got it installed and everything seems fine. The wireless remote works up to 3 times what the winch cable reaches but the only problem I noticed is the heat protectant part on the last roll. It dosnt cover the hole spool so I think you have to be really careful with long cycles. Idk I’m gonna test it a lot more soon. I was going to get a smitty built but this one was cheaper and I park in town a lot for work.
