Half A4LD Half 4R55E

So come to find out the bellhousing and trans pan is off of my original transmission and was swapped onto an A4LD if thats possible? So would it be in my best bet to rebuild a complete 4r55e or build the a4ld? OR just swap a 5.0 and trans into it? Time is not a factor in this.
