Long time lurker. I live in West GA not too far from Anniston, AL. I'm 31, and attending a tech school for Diesel Equipment Technology. I used to be a helicopter mechanic out on the coast of North Carolina and I've been to the Middle East twice. It's somewhat safe to say that I have mechanical aptitude which is why I prefer DIY repair and preventative maintenance for vehicle(s). I own a black regular cab 1994 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L 4X4 on a Rough Country 4 INCH lift. My battlewagon has some issues and my hope is to work through them through applying valuable input from all of you, and at the same time provide a source of information of my problems solved to others seeking info. Too many times I see on other sites and forums where members are assisted by others only to never return and post whether their mechanical illness, based on working with provided advice, was solved or not. It's absolutely valuable information! I look forward to being a forum member here at The Ranger Station.:icon_thumby:

Welcome to TRS! Got any pictures of your truck to share with us? What kind of issues are you having?

I'll be posting a picture as soon as I get home.

As far as issues go, a Code 111 KOEO which is great, but I'm receiving a Code 172 KOER. I recently cleared a Code 157 when I replaced my MAF sensor. I have new Motorcraft plugs and wires and a new fuel filter from when I did a tune-up. Engine takes a few seconds to start up when cold, idles kind of rough, and when it reaches operating temperature, engine will intermittently idle down to approx 500 RPM and stumble. When warm, taking off from a stop at idle, it will lose power and stumble, unable to gain any power to move.

Check out the link that I am putting below. That may help you a little bit.
