Welcome to TRS~!

Nice truck...and not too bad on the artful side...:)

Im thinking about installing half inch spacers to widen the stance.. any input?

I would vote against that as some are marginal for quality... i would however opt for a front leveling, would give it a more off road stance, only requires a crank of the t-bars and an alignment,

If your looking for a wider stance a wider rim and different offset is a bit better IMO

I have got to agree with Ryan, other than that the truck and the pictures look fantastic.

I've had wheel spacers on my Mustang for over 10 years with no adverse effects. It gets beat too, no pansy driving here. The only suggestion I would give is make sure your lugnuts have stud on every thread with the spacers on. If you don't have that, stay away from them.

I don't think mine are quite 1/2 inch, I would guess they are somewhere around 3/8" and I have 1 thread left on the studs.

Thanks everyone.

I actually cranked the t-bar this week and will post some new pictures soon.

Like said above, stay away from spacer without the lug studs. The key word when you search spacers is 'hubcentric'. I ran a set of 1 1/4 inch spacers on my mustang and I dogged that car pretty well. Good one are billet aluminum that slideover your stude then bolt into place and have their own set of studs that the wheels bolt onto, so when you take off a wheel the spacer doesnt move, theres a couple companies in the back pages of Peterson Offroad magazine. Or get on some of the mustangsites and look for used spacers. Mustangheaven.com will give you a list of 100 mustang sites.
