Got my alignment, caster is wierd...wtf???

well i got my allignment today with 4.5" lift, 2.5" drop pivots, camber bushings, and 4" ra drops. my caster is 3.5* left, and 1.6* right.

that seems like a big difference. wtf would make it do that? alignment shop said thats the best they could get it. the before and after caster are the same. i put the camber bushings in the same way for both sides. is it bad for it to be that far off? it doesnt pull or anything, i just dont wanna mess up new tires when i buy them.

total toe and steer ahead is -.02* and ;eft camber is .1* and right is .2*

will this eat up tires, or am i ok? im scared i didnt put the pass side in the same as i did the drivers
 
caster isn't gonna really affect tire wear. the big thing that caster does is helps with wandering and return-to-center for your steering. as long as the camber and the toe look good, and it drives fine, i wouldnt worry about it.
 
Caster is a non-tire wearing angle. Like Kunar said, it is mostly for wander and return to center. If it is too far off it will make the vehicle pull ("The vehicle will naturally pull towards the side with the least positive caster"). Yours is off, but it won't be fatal. The biggest problems that caster will cause are if it's too far negative it will be very hard to turn, or if it's too high then your truck will steer like a Chevy van, no return on the wheel.
 
aight well it drives and steers fine, with no wondering. well sometimes it pulled a little bit to the right, but i think that was due to all of the rain in the road. for the most part it drove as straight as it ever had, so i guess ill leave it. going to the d35 soon anyways so i aint really worried about it. thanks guys
