got a different kind of truck.. not to sure about it


I'd look into swapping a set of 'yota axles under it. Most 'yota axles come stock w/ 4.10s or higher behind the 'ol 22R & 22RE's. That'll give you enough gearing to run 33's comfortably.

My 1980 yota has 4:37's stock. I think the highest numerical gear you can find stock are outta a 85 22re with a auto trans they had 4:53's
 
been a few days since i looked at this post. i have never done an sas before, i have people that can help me. but in theory, if i went leaf sprung. as long as the leaf springs are straight with the seemingly straight body. itll drive straight right?

im mechanically inclined and such but like to see what im getting into before i actualley get into it.

an sas seems like a pretty straight forward thing to me. i just wanna make sure that i get it right the first time.
