Well finally got almost all of my parts collected to start my sas and i cant decide on what leaf springs im going to need.
Truck is a 87 reg cab short bed 302, M5OD-r2, twin sticked 205
Going to do a 64in swap in the rear with 6400's
I have 2 sets of tires collected 38" boggers, and 37" military surplus
Going to run a 14 bolt in the rear and a 78 hp60 in the front, currently 4.10 open, but plan on 4.88 or 5.13 and lockers as funds allow
Aiming for bottom of the rockers to be about 30" up.
What springs would be a good choice for me in the front that will live behind a 302 and 37-38" tires? This truck will be still be my dd, scrapping-trailer pulling-work truck, and trail rig. not looking to have a ton of flex, just a reliable and predictable suspension. Thanks for your help!
