Full size bronco coils on 88 ranger

Iv seen articles about people putting 6 inch lift coils on 4” hole on the drop bracket . My question is could I use 8” lifted bronco coils with a 6” hole on the drop brackets. My camber is pretty good with the 6” springs I just want to know if I could use 8” lifted springs for additional lift rather than use a body lift or a coil spacer.
