Does anyone know the fuel tank capacity on a 2001 extended cab 3.0? I've seen 16.5 and 19.5 posted places.

Probably 16.5. My old 2.3 liter was around 14, and my 4.0 is 20, so I would guess it's somewhere in the middle.

My 2002 Supercab has a 19.5 gallon gas tank. I think the 2001 would be the same. The engine size should have nothing to do with the size of the tank. I think a regualr cab with a short bed should have a 16.5 gal. tank and the long bed should have a 20 gal. tank.

19.5 gal.for a supercab according to my owners manual.I got a 99 though.
