So this summer I replaced my fuel pumpon my 95 explorer and ever since my gauge has read full. Wha's the problem?

Open connection, probably at the top of the tank.

IIRC, Full is 145 ohms and Empty is 22 ohms. So, anything disconnected will make it read Full. Shorting to ground will read Empty.

Cool I'll try that. Could the anti slosh sensor also be the culprit?
