Front metallic build tag

I have this doubt since a while, and the other day while flushing the radiator, I saw this metal tag again.
Id really like to understand the information contained on it, here it is:

Its located on the radiator core support, on the right front of the truck, just behind the RH headlight as you can see on the picture above.

Here are the "codes" it shows:

I know the bottom left code is the build date, because with the VIN decoder I knew my truck was build on January 29 1996, but what about the rest of the numbers on this tag??? Any idea what they mean???

Well, I don't know much about the tag.

But, if 960229 is a date, it is February 29, 1996, a leap year. And that would be sort of an unusual build date since February only has a 29th every four years.

1996 was a leap year, in 1996 there was a 29th, so that would be correct.
All the VIN decoreds I used marked the build date as 02/29/1996, which matches this tag.
