Front Disc Brakes Ranger vs Aerostar, are they the same?

I have a 94 Ranger 2WD Super-cab, I want to change my warped rotors to cross drilled vented and or slotted Rotors, have checked Summit and found Power Stop AR-8534L and 'R" supposedly fit my truck according to the Summit online catalog. I checked with Power Stop themselves over the Phone and they say that is not a good part number. Also checked Parts Train and get a different Power Stop number of AR8527. There are references to these rotors fitting Aerostars too, also found a SSBC 23372AA3L that also fits a 94 Ranger and 86 thru 91 Aerostars. Are they the same so I can safely order one of these cross drilled vented rotors from Summit or SSBC ? Power stop says they don't make a cross drilled vented rotor for a 94 Ranger.
