I got a 94 ranger 4.0 4x4 and just yesterday i took it out mudding and trail ridding to test out the manual hubs i just installed and it ran great!! but when i got home i noticed fluid leaking and it turned out to come from the front differential which is a dana 35. i have worked on 93 f150 front differential and put a new seal on it from pep boys but it was shit and still leak. so i was wondering if any on had any ideas on how to fix the rangers and if i should use thicker fluid.:icon_confused:

No thicker fluid will help you there. you are either leaking from the axle seals of the rtv sealing the diff to the beam. If you were wheeling it and had a leak you might also have water in the diff now. Best to just fix it right. Pull spindles, then the axles and finally the diff. Pop new seals in it and seal it back to the beam. Not too expensive or hard of a project.
