hi i have a few questions.
my car is a ford ranger 1999 ,4.0 OHV 4x4 so it got the 5R55E tranny.
i want to swap the engine,A/C stuff, Harness, Exhaust from a explorer between 1997 to 2000.because that are the avaible donor vehicles with an sohc engine here in germany.i DON´T want to do a V8 swap because of the rules in germany.
can i use my stock computer? computer-code "ERRO".what shouldt i do with PATS?
i am searching for a cheap donor vehicle since a year (maybe a totalled one or with broken transmission) and have the idea to buy a cheap one from great britain.there they are the half price as in germany...but right hand drive...dont knew the difference in location of ac lines and engine harnes.maybe someone here knews the differences.
