:headbang: It's about damn time.

Came off a Dodge Intrepid, one of the older style ones. I still need to put air in them tomorrow and put them on. God damn that trucks going to look dumb, bigger rims/tires in the rear, and it's sagging in the front. Oh well. I'd rather be safe than looking cool.

I wouldn't mind having a set of them for all the time. They look good cleaned up, I need to do that tomorrow morning if I get the chance.

Paid 60 dollars for a pair of tires, highway robbery at it's finest. I better get more than one season out of the truck.. I don't anticipate being able to sell them after this winter. Maybe I'll buy an intrepid after the truck goes. :icon_rofl:

Got them on Saturday, they don't look that bad with my other rims.

Is there going to be a problem (other than the ABS sensor, mine doesn't work anyway..) with having larger tires in the rear than in the front?

you have RABS...so it wouldnt care (if it was working) that one end has larger tires than the other.

your speedometer and odometer are off now.

Actually, my speedometer is right on the money. Maybe a mile over.

I drove past one of those police enforced "how fast are you going" signs at 25 on the speedo, got 25 and it jumped to 26 as I was going past.

The odometer will measure that I'm going less miles than I actually am, correct? :D Good for future sales. Not that I'm ever selling my truck.

if the speedo is right then the odo will be right too (a less than 4% difference is as accurate as a mechanical speedo/odo gets). if they are right with those tires then its off when your summer shoes are on.

So that would probably mean that the PO had it adjusted for the summer tires, there's only about an inch of difference between them.

The stock tires are 215-65-R14's I think. :fie: I'll be going 40 when it says 55. Haha.

glad to hear you fianilly got some winter skins for that thing..:icon_thumby:
what else do you need for it? maybe spring cleaning will find some good deals on craigslist if i knew what to look for..:icon_cheers::icon_pepsi:

I don't really need much for it anymore. Only thing I have to get is rear shocks because mine are shot, but I'll need to pick those up new. My girlfriends father put a lot of money into my truck for a Christmas present to me. Either he likes me, or he's sick of paying for gas to drive her around.
