Fiberwerx bedside on '06 STX

I'm working on gathering parts over the winter to continue my build of converting my 06 STX to a kind of half Pre-Runner half trail truck I've been eyeballing the conversion TT bedsides. The one things I notice is they don't list anything about if they will fit a STX/or mazda bedside, and what I'll have to do about the filler neck for the bedside. Does anyone have experience with their bedsides? Is it just cut the bedside where you need to have them? And ect. general knowledge.
