Fan vent control dial?

Hey guys,

My fan control dial just quit working. Was working fine up untill yesterday, i did a little mudding the night before but i dont think that could have affected anything. The air is coming out of the defrost vents only no matter where i put the dial. Just curious as to what you guys recomend doing, should is tart ripping apart the dash or is there something i should be doing first?

If air is only coming out of the defrost vents all the time, then I think you have a vacuum leak.

You tube shows how to check and repair this issue. I have same issue but with 2011 and Ford does not show a vacum on this year.
